Shipping Policy

 

1. Shipping Destinations & Eligibility

 

We currently ship exclusively within the contiguous United States (48 states). Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or any international locations at this time. All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment centers in the U.S. to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

 

2. Order Processing Time

 

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will begin processing it within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). For made-to-order minimalist furniture pieces, processing time may extend to 3-5 business days to ensure quality craftsmanship—you will be notified via email if your item falls into this category.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

 

We partner with trusted U.S. carriers (including USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to deliver your orders, and the delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

 

· Standard Shipping (Free for orders over $99): 10-20 business days from the date of dispatch

· Expedited Shipping: 10-20 business days from the date of dispatch (additional fee applies)

· Priority Shipping: 10-20 business days from the date of dispatch (additional fee applies)

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse. You can use this number to monitor your package’s status directly on the carrier’s website.

 

4. Shipping Fees

 

· Orders over $99: Free Standard Shipping (contiguous U.S. only)

· Orders under $99: A flat Standard Shipping fee of $12.99 applies

· Expedited and Priority Shipping fees are calculated based on your order weight, size, and delivery address at checkout

 

5. Order Tracking & Notifications

 

We will send you email updates at every stage of your order journey:

 

1. Order Confirmation: Immediately after successful payment

2. Dispatch Confirmation: Once your order is shipped (includes tracking number)

3. Delivery Confirmation: Once the carrier marks your package as delivered

 

If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder first, or contact our customer service team at service@qaokshop.com for assistance.

 

6. Missing or Delayed Orders

 

· Delayed Orders: If your package is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2 business days (carrier delays due to weather, peak seasons, or unforeseen events are possible). If it still does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

· Missing Orders: If you receive a delivery confirmation but cannot find your package, please first check with your neighbors, building management, or local carrier office. If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

 

We want you to love your ccbhidg purchases. If an item does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-Day Return Policy for most items, subject to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

 

· Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date

· Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact

· Non-returnable items: Custom-made furniture, personalized apparel, clearance items, and opened lighting fixtures (due to safety and hygiene reasons)

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

 

Follow these simple steps to start a return:

 

1. Send an email to our customer service team at service@qaokshop.com with the subject line: Return Request - [Your Order Number]

2. Include in the email: Your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return

3. Our team will review your request within 24 business hours and send you a Return Authorization (RA) Number and detailed return shipping instructions

 

Important: Returns sent without a valid RA Number will not be accepted or processed.

 

3. Return Shipping Address

 

Please ship the returned item(s) to the address below, and ensure the RA Number is clearly marked on the outer packaging:

4. Return Shipping Costs

 

· Return due to our error: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to use.

· Return due to customer preference: For returns initiated because the item is not a good fit or does not meet your expectations, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable in this case.

 

5. Refund Processing

 

Once your returned item is received at our Hong Kong return address and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of delivery to the return address), we will send you an email to confirm the approval of your refund.

 

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and the funds will be credited to your account within 7 business days of approval. Please note that while we process refunds promptly, your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the funds to your account, depending on their processing policies.

 

6. Exchanges

 

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size in apparel or a different style in lighting), please follow the return process outlined above and note "Exchange" in your return request email. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item, and we will waive the shipping fee for the exchange order (applies only to standard shipping within the contiguous U.S.).
